Welcome to e-Mithra. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our web application, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you and the organization you represent ("User", "Team", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service & Platform Tools

e-Mithra provides a centralized workspace hosting various sustainability and ESG-related software applications, including but not limited to:

  • SAM (Sustainable Action Monitor): An engine for individual and personal climate impact behavior tracking.
  • SAM Assessment Applications: Sector-specific intelligence platforms tailored for the Healthcare and Food & Beverage (F&B) sectors to evaluate sustainability readiness.
  • NexZero Tracker: A multi-tenant greenhouse gas (GHG) emission tracker designed to measure and monitor Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.

2. Zero-Retention Execution & Data Responsibility

  • Real-Time Processing Only: e-Mithra operates on a strict zero-retention infrastructure. All operational logs and related metrics uploaded by your team are processed entirely in temporary, real-time memory to calculate scores and generate reports.
  • Mandatory User Downloads: Because e-Mithra does not save, store, or back up any of your uploaded files, environmental metrics, dashboard settings, or historical records on our servers, You must download your generated reports every time you run an assessment.
  • Data Loss: Closing your browser window, ending your session, or experiencing a connection timeout will instantly clear all processed metrics from our system. e-Mithra is not liable for data that is lost because it was not explicitly downloaded by the user prior to session termination.

3. Subscription & Billing Cycles

We offer a single tier ("Perfect For Growing Teams") under two flexible billing options based on our public pricing layouts:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed at $99 per month.
  • Yearly Plan: Billed at $1,089 per year (reflecting a discount equivalent to 1 month free).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unrestricted tool access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your credentials will lapse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use e-Mithra only for lawful sustainability assessment, reporting, and internal tracking purposes. You shall not upload malicious code, reverse-engineer the calculation algorithms, or attempt to breach our secure computing environments.
